This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What Personal Information We Collect

Information from site visitors

  • Enquiry submissions: When you describe your migration situation through the Site, we collect information about your situation (such as visa status, location, and goals) and your email address (if you choose to provide it). This information is not shared with migration businesses unless you choose to submit it

Information about listed migration agents and businesses

  • Publicly available data: We collect migration agent information from the publicly accessible MARA Register maintained by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), including agent name, Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN), registration status, and registered business name
